1. About

Clothesfix provides free clothing-repair instructions. By accessing the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. Use at your own risk

Repair instructions are provided for general guidance. You are responsible for assessing whether a repair is suitable for your garment and for using tools safely. We accept no liability for damage to garments, property, or personal injury arising from following the instructions, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights under EU and national law are not affected.

3. Intellectual property

All text, images and code on Clothesfix are protected by copyright and belong to the operator or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction requires written permission.

4. User content

By submitting a wish via the wishlist form you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the wish text to plan and create new content. Do not submit personal data of others or anything unlawful, defamatory or infringing.

5. Third-party services

Pages may include third-party services (Google AdSense, Google Gemini via Lovable AI Gateway). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Availability

The site is offered "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time without notice.

7. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Finnish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you reside. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of the operator's domicile or, where you are a consumer, the courts of your residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
